How nostalgic seeing og cards like "Trap Hole" again

Mm yeah this is my one complaint still. I get that he’s supposed to be naive but as a soldier who has survived on the battlefield don’t you think Yuudias is a little TOO naive? Like how hasn’t he died in his first battle?

I mean he has laser beam eyes, can survive minus 800 degrees and fire is apparently only an inconvenience to him... so yeah I think he would be pretty naive if he is that op XD

And lol only in yugioh you can see an episode about elementary schooler almost killing 8.88 million people (still wonder what they do in that ship the whole day, just cheer for their lord and savior? - plottwist, Yuudias is basically a war veteran turned card game obsessed cult leader whose cult got squished on a tiny drone spaceship, lol by the fact that beeing thrown into a fire will just cause his nation to be "troubled").

So the blond ex bf of Yuudias basically just wants that Earthdamar, which is probably Yuuhi's ace card, and his bf back, so he ordered chupacabra kid to stalk him and kidnap him, brilliant, he is already following creepy rival/og antagonist's footsteps. The green alien tho... seems like he has kappa theme going, judging from the monster in the preview, the mask and soaking in water. Also the girl in the store... she is shown in the ending twice, even in the end group photo... not sure if she will have major role, but she will likely be a token info bringer. Leave it to Manabu to take care of criminals and is he singing in the preview? Lol, that would be such a funny reference to SEVENS when Gakuto with same VA had to sing terribly, will we see if Manabu got his dad's terrible tone deaf singing talent? XD

Meh, even the tutorial is so amateurish. Call of the Earthbound is used to redirect attacks from important target to a less important one? Back then we used it to lead the attacker into suicide, such as leading it to a bigger attack target or a face down Man-Eater Bug.

I mean, in the anime you have 4000 LP so of course you can't take the risk
in Real life, you have 8000, so you can take he kamikaze attack

Yudias must be one of the purest MC in all yu gi oh anime history xD

but like if you really want tiny tiny children to play yugioh that's just not happening
just cancel this show
yugioh players don't care and your target audience can hardly even read, it's not worth it

Its understandable Konami wanted to get children to play yugioh that badly.. but wanted to see Yugioh anime for older fans too... (p.s. it could be not bad if they made anime out of that Sky Striker manga and card stories of Albaz + Ecelesia too... XD )

its hard to stick with this lol ive watched every single series til now, and this one, just more kiddy ish, i know its meant for that and i watch it anyways. idk...ima just multi task when i watch

uuuuh... alright, I'll be the first to say that Yu-Gi-Oh Sevens' plot and even the one here in Go Rush is more than underwhelming.
But if you want to criticize its flaws, do it properly, geez
This episode literally did advance the plot and also did set up the next duel...
Did you conveniently forget about that scene about Chupataro looking for the Earthdamar making it more than just some random motivation for Yuuhi ? Or even the one where Yuuhi sees the guy who stole said Earthdamar and the fact that this guy is planned to be next episode's duel?
Granted, those are very little and short scenes in a 22 minutes episode, I'll totally agree on that.
Yet it doesn't change the fact that it's still some plot progression, however minuscule it is. Does that make it a good series? No definitely not.
But it's also just episode 4.
It took me about 15 episodes of ZeXal to even enjoy that series. And even then, I grumbled my way through many episodes while clenching my teeth before finally fully enjoying it.

So seeing people complain about how a series suck when it's only on the fourth episode is just laughable to me

Dude, 3-4 episode rule doesnt work for a long anime like Yugioh. If you hating Sevens, Idk why you with Go Rush.

If the show doesn't have your "dark/edgy" stuff right at the start, it didn't make it a bad show.

Didn't like Yuama but she's growing on me now. Maybe it's the cool casual outfit.
